Jay Guerero is an independent CPA based in the Philippines.
After a client requested error correction and analysis for a series of transactions, Guerero needed to do five months’ worth of accounting in one month. He needed to upload supplier and vendor bills into QuickBooks Desktop from the client’s ecommerce system.
Guerero evaluated other connectors but ended up using Transaction Pro to move data from his client’s system into QuickBooks Desktop.
“The learning curve was much sharper for others compared to Transaction Pro. What I really appreciate is there are a lot of articles with Transaction Pro—I took the time to read all of those, and they were extremely helpful. Transaction Pro provides room for learning where you’re able to test and get the hang of it.”
Why Transaction Pro?
Guerero was impressed by Transaction Pro’s ease of use and by the application’s helpful documentation. “It’s easier to use than other connectors,” he says.
Guerero was able to complete his client’s project on time. “Without Transaction Pro, I think it would have taken much longer to do the catch-up bookkeeping, and it would have been more prone to errors if I had done it manually.”
